1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with Bestest Good Boy Foods LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include the sale and local delivery of fresh dog food within our designated San Antonio service area.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders, Subscriptions & Pricing

We offer both one-time purchases and optional recurring orders.

Recurring orders will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Any changes to recurring orders will be communicated in advance.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Portions & Ordering

All product is sold by the pound.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate quantities. We recommend rounding up to the nearest pound when ordering to ensure sufficient supply.

6. Delivery & Local Service Area

We currently operate exclusively within the San Antonio, Texas area.

• Orders are delivered locally by our team
• Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe delivery location

We are not responsible for product after delivery, including but not limited to:

• Weather exposure
• Theft
• Damage caused by animals

7. Pet Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

8. Storage & Handling

Our products are fresh and perishable.

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling, including:

• Keeping product refrigerated and using within 5–7 days
• Freezing for longer storage
• Thawing in the refrigerator before use

We are not responsible for product quality if storage guidelines are not followed.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Recurring orders may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final
• No returns or exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding.

All information provided is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice. Customers are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their dog.
