What We Do and How We Do it
Every Week in a commercial Kitchen We Gently Cook Small Batches of Fresh Dog Food using Human Grade ingredients you can pronounce with minimal Processing.
What we mean when we say....
Gently Cooked....
Our Proteins and vegetables are cooked using sousvide method, which consists of vacuum sealed air tight bags placed in a water bath where immersion circulators bring the water to temp and over time the proteins and vegetables are cooked while retaining the moisture and nutrients in the bag.
Minimally Processed...
Once Cooked and cooled the Proteins and Vegetables take one pass through a course grind and then mixed by Hand with the other ingredients like Pumpkin and Oatmeal.
